dom.state

Returns the numeric state of the browser. 4 is page loaded. 3 is when the page is loading and hasn't finished yet.
This applies to webDOM version 2.5.0 and above.

Here's a list of the different values of the DOM state and what they mean

4 - Page is complete
3 - Page incomplete (still loading) but interactive
2 - Web Browser Loaded
1 - Web Browser Loading
0 - Web Browser uninitialized

The main ones you will use are readystate 3 and 4 as these are the two states of the browser where it's interactive.
