Resources to get you Started on the path to DOMination

Here are some resources to help you get started. It is not often, but every once and awhile, I am away from the computer and can't get right back to your support requests. Usually, people who are sending a request, just want to get accquainted with the software. For this, I recommend two things to get you started.

  • Video Tutorials - This is our little youtube channel for showing tips and tricks in webDOM. We release new videos every week, and we also take requests. Also, there are More Tutorials on our website.
  • The Knowledgebase - Ask a Question, get answers from the community, and choose your favorite answer. As an advanced user, you can answer questions to get webDOM points.
  • Your User Home Page - Provides you with up to date information on the other webDOM users you have subscribed to. Edit your webDOMbot.com User Profile and start sharing your plugins, scripts and notes with the webDOM community. Together, we can all win. This is the source document for the webDOM community game.

Customer Service Working Hours

This is not a run-of-the-mill program or website. We offer customer service for free for anyone interested in webDOM, and we do it all by e-mail and chat. Please try first sending a contact through the Contact Us page. If I do not get back to you within 10 minutes, it usually means I am away.
